How long does shipping take?

It normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Your fireworks order is packed the day after it is placed and shipped out.

Can I buy in store all year?

Currently all our locations are seasonal as majority of cities do not allow firework sales outside the major holidays which include Victoria Day, Canada Day, Diwali, and New Years.

The rest of the year we would have them express shipped to you. Next Day delivery available for fireworks  in the GTA and Kitchener

What is the shipping fee?

We provide free shipping on all firework orders over $175, all other orders are subject to a $35 shipping charge. The charge is applied as fireworks fall under Dangerous Goods and a DG fee is applied to us to have the fireworks delivered to you and all we are charging is the fee imposed on us.

*Surcharges will apply to Beyond Point destinations (we will notify you if applicable)

Can I buy fireworks outside of major holidays?

Yes you can purchase fireworks all year long on our website.

Question 5

My oder has an item I did not order.

Accepted Answer

As your order is placed it is sent out for fulfillment right away. Unfortunately sometimes the items ordered are no longer in stock in Canada. In this case the item will be substituted for something of Equal or Greater Price and Effect.

We see most stock fluctuations during the week of Canada Day and Victoria Day as items are moving faster than we can keep up with updating the website.

I want to start selling fireworks, Can I buy wholesale?

We help and guide you from start to finish in obtaining your insurance, permit and bylaw requirements. There are multiple avenues available to start selling fireworks. Give us a shout and we can surely figure something out.

What are the most popular fireworks?

We would reccomend Cakes to have the best show. These fireworks range in duration and effect. The 2  types are either straight up or fanned effect. Fanned cakes give you the best effect as they shoot multiple shots in a series that go off together covering most of the sky. These are best for your finale. Be sure to check out the pro pyro series fireworks as these are some of the most intense fireworks available in Canada. They have amazing effects, duration and sound.

Someone from our staff would be more than happy to help you put together an amazing show for your family and friends. Our specialty is setting up  Custom choreographed fireworks packages, these will also include a firing sequence.
